History
On the subsequent Tamil Vaikasi month Anusham nachathiram day we installed a photograph of him at the same premises wherein we made a thatched roof of natural woods which Paramacharya likes . We were celebrating the Anusham from 2011 with lot of vedic pandits from Srirangam, Thogur and Allur padasala, etc.
Thereafter the surrounding properties were offered for sale to us and when we asked for permission from God we were asked to procure the same. We kept lot of flower pots and special trees which will be helpful for pooja activities and named the place as SRI SAKTHI SANKARA NANDHAVANAM, We also started a Gosala with one cow
In the year 2016, Sri Paramacharya again came in dream and he was performing sandhyavandhanam sitting on the banks of in a pond and when we did namasakaram after that he instructed to construct one pond like this in tamil saying, INDHA MATHIRI ONNU YERPADU PANNU,SHEMAMAI IRUPPAI
We were unaware of his reason of asking us to construct the pond. We started Pond works immediately by engaging a specialist from kanyakumari, When we started there was acute shortage of water and we have made a foundation of 26 feet (21ft plus 5 ft beam) On top of it 13ft height natural stone wall was constructed for storing water and subsequently compound wall of natural stone was also built. While this was happening, since we had the blessing of Sree Guruvaruppan to have his dharshan every month end since 2008 we informed the Namboothiris of Guruvayur that they have problem because of excess rain and water and in Tamilnadu there is acute shortage of water and rain. They suggested VETTAIKORUMAGAN VAZHIPADU which they said will solve the water issues. We wondered and enquired with lot of persons in Guruvayur and since everyone said the same thing we decided to conduct this VAZHIPADU and it was done on 29.06.2017 While we planned this lot of NAMBOTHIRIS of Sree Guruvarappan Temple was keen to visit and participate in the above ritual and visit our village also. That time it was proposed to bring a small statue of Sri Guruvayuappan for performing pooja by these NAMBOTHIRIS. Accordingly en route to Tiruchirappalli they went to our Friend NADAVARAMBU UNNI’S Shop and they were surprised to get a THIDAMBU VIGRAGHAM from him.
On arrival we discussed and finalized to install this idol on the right side of Sri Mahaperiava’s Photo and after seeing PRASANNAM we were planning to do further activities. From then on daily pujas and regular utsavams were done as per Guruvayur temple procedures, Due to covid there was a delay in seeing PRASANNAM IN 2019&2020 and Devaprasannam was seen in Guruvayur on 29.07.2021.
Like a Lotus blossoming, many things came to light during this Deva Prasannam and few highlights are:
- AT THE FIRST INSTANCE IT WAS DISCLOSED THAT PARAMACHARYA AND SRI Guruvayurappan HAS COME HERE TO BLESS THE PEOPLE IN THIS AREA ALONG WITH 16 OTHER DEITIES
- The history of the land with the previous owners was disclosed
- The Snake bite survival which happened many years back and reason for giving life disclosed as a reason for renovating 22 temples and for doing 3 more
- The place of Sree Guruvayurappan Temple and other deities to be installed were disclosed and the location also was confirmed
- The Gosala which started with one cow which has now about 60 was advised to be shifted to a different location (This has been done)
- The Annadhana Hall also was advised to be shifted to a different location( The construction activities are going on and this is likely to be completed by March 2023)
- The left side of the temple premises was advised to have NARAYANA HALL for prayers, Sankeerthans etc.,(The construction activities has been completed and Narayaneeyam day was celebrated on Dec with mass NARAYANEEYA PARAYANAM ) As per the above, the ownership was transferred by a Silachasanam on 27/08/2011 in favor of the Temple and the Temple construction activities commenced with the expert Nambothiripad Kanipaiyur Sri.K.S.PARAMESWARAN NAMBOOTHIRIPAD alias Kuttan The wood works were entrusted to Elavally Sivadoss,natural stone works to Ayyappan kutty and copper works to Narayanan Kutty, temple civil works to Ravindran and ground civil works to engineer Venkatesh. The works were carried complying all the Kerala ritual requirements which was conducted by Nambothiripad of Guruvayur, Sree Guruvayurappan idol, Sri Karuppannasamy idols were made at Mahabalipuram under the supervision of Sri.Parameswaran Nambothiripad. The Ayyappan Temple was done at Erode by president awardee Silpi.Radhakrishnan Sabathy. The temple pond , Sri Paramacharya statue and Shridi Sai Baba statues were installed on 09.06.2022 by P.Swaminatha Sivacharyar and Allur viswanatha Sivacharyars student Sri.Senthilkumar Sivacharyar.
IT WAS GREAT CO INCIDENCE THAT AFTER THE INSTALLATION OF THE POND, SRI Guruvayurappan AND SRI AYYAPPAN GOT INTO THE POND ON THE VAIKASHI ANUSHAM DAY WHICH HAPPENED TO BE OF SRI PARAMACHARYA’S JANMA NACHITRAM
With the divine blessings and with the blessings or Sri Senas Dhinesan Nambothiripad ,Prathista was done on 17.06.2022 and kalasam was done on 20.06.2022 by Guruvayur othikans Thantra Rathinam Munnulam Sri.Hari Nambothiripad and Bhavan Nambothiripad, Daily pujas are performed by Nambothiripad from Kerala as per Tantric procedures and all the festivals were celebrated in line with Sri Guruvayur Temple With the support of all devotees of Sri Guruvayurappan and Sri Paramacharya we have pledged to continue to execute the instructions of the DIVINITIES
Sri Guruvayoor Temple Tandri Brahmashri Chennas Dinesan Namboothiripad with blessings, Sri Guruvayoor Kshetra Othakan Maraya Tantra Ratnam Munnoolam Sri Hari Nambootiripad and Munnulam Sri Bhavan Nambootiripad, Kanippayyur Sri Parameswaran Nambootiripad Vastu Kuttishastra Pra Ayani, Elavalli Shivdas Carpenter Sri Kandrapani and wood works With the copper works of Shri Sankara Narayanan Kuttan, the supervision of Engineer Shri Venkatesh, the hard work of the Auto Linux staff, the prayers and cooperation of the devotees of Shri Guruvayurappa, all the works of the temple could be done very well. 17.06.2022 - Date Sri Guruvayurappan was consecrated. Sri Guruvayurappan also performed Sahasra Kalasha Abhishek ceremony on 20.06.2022.
By the grace of Bhagwat 09 .06 . 2022 Sri Paramacharya. Sri Shirdi Saibaba and Temple Pool on the same day Pratishtha Karma with the blessings of Sri Allur Vishwanatha Sivacharya, his disciple Sivakama Shiromani Sri Nageswaram P. Senthil Kumar Sivacharya presided over the event. Before consecrating the Vihra of Sri Guruvayurappan, for Jaladhivasa Karmat, it was done on 16.06.2022, the birthday of Sri Paramacharya in the temple pool on the day of Idava month Anizham. Through this action we felt the connection between Sri Paramacharya and Sri Guruvayurappan as mentioned in the Devaprashanam.
After completion of Kumbhabhishek ceremony on Sri Sakthi Mariamman 2021, in our village Shiva temple (Sri Aralakeswari Sametha Ratnagiriswaran) according to the order of Sri Periyava, Sri Natarajar Sivakama Sundari Ammal etc. Manikya Vasakar performed their panchaloha idol. Thiruvasakam Mutrothal at Sri Sankara Math 18 . This pious work was performed on 12.2021. Consecrated on 19.12.2021 and Nataraja Sabha also consecrated on 06.07.2022.
In the year 2021, when the Shakti Mariamman Kumbhabhishek works were going on, the sculptor Sri Radhakrishnan, who designed the Ambal Utsava Murti idol, suddenly called us and asked if the idol of Sri Swami Paramacharya had been completed. On 06.12.2021 Sri Periyava entered the Kumbhabhishekam Yagashala and blessed us all.
Balapariyava Devi had come to see Goddess Balapariyava in Thiruvanikaville, we went and met him and came to know that at that time Balapariyava was building a temple pond. He told me that there is a temple pond near here at a place called Ilayathamumi and that you should go and see it. But surprisingly when we went there and saw that pond it was just like the temple pond here.
According to Sri Kanchi Mahapariyava's order, one cow was bought and today there are about sixty cows and calves, and the milk from these cows is used only in Sri Shakti Mariamman Temple and Sri Guruvayurappan Temple.
As per the order of Sri Bhagavan, the work of Sri Narayaniyam Hall, (Auditorium) resting rooms for devotees and Prasada Ootu Hall is in progress. Praying to Sri Guruvayurappan for all these work;s to go smoothly.
The help and cooperation of the devotees is expected in these pious activities.
